Make Attio the single source of truth your team actually trusts.

Every tool wired in. One number everyone agrees on.

What we can fix

Your client platform says one thing. Your spreadsheet says another. Your rep on the phone says a third.Attio holds a fraction of what actually happens in your business. The rest lives in tools that never talk to it.So nobody fully trusts the dashboard — and the decisions that matter get made on a feeling.

Our method

Our expert wires every tool you run into Attio through n8n, on our instance: client platform, forms, calling tool, webinar tool, email sender. One record, fed by everything. Then he builds what only becomes possible once the data is clean:

  • A data model and lifecycles that survive contact with a real team

  • Automated nurturing: workflows, sequences, status logic

  • A reporting layer that goes past Attio's native reports

  • A Slack agent that reads your BI and dispatches the day's actions

Work example of our expert

Amaury Amal · Attio Expert Partner
Client: Carré Partners

I built, and I still run, the entire Attio system of a private-markets investment firm.

  • CRM from zero: data model, client lifecycle and per-operation lifecycle, automated sequences

  • 3 platform integrations: client platform, parallel dialer, webinar tool

  • A scheduled BI layer in Google Sheets, fed by n8n

  • A standardised form object: a new form goes live in an hour

  • An investor chatbot, and a Slack agent that dispatches the daily actions

  • And the daily operations running on top of all of it

Wiring a parallel dialer into Attio to make call performance measurable

THE SITUATION
The sales team ran its outbound calls in a dedicated parallel-dialing tool. None of it came back into the CRM. Nobody could say which call list actually produced results, or which rep had worked which list. The lists themselves were invisible inside Attio, so the sales team lived in two tools at once.
WHAT I BUILT
An interface between the dialing tool and Attio, built in n8n. Call activity and list membership land directly on the Attio record. List assignment is visible on the record, so the team works from Attio views instead of switching screens.
THE OUTCOME
Call-list performance became measurable — per list and per rep — and joined the same reporting layer as the rest of the funnel. The sales team gained clear, purpose-built views. Delivered in 2 days.

A form architecture that turns every submission into reportable data

THE SITUATION
Forms were a primary entry point into the business, but submissions arrived in a shape nobody could use. Answers weren't standardised, maintaining them meant going question by question, and none of it could be leveraged in reporting.
WHAT I BUILT
A dedicated form-submission object in Attio. Every question in the form builder is mapped to a standardised attribute with a controlled set of possible answers, and each form gets its own workflow. One standard interface, one standard attribute set, connected end to end.
THE OUTCOME
Answers are consistent by design, maintenance happens in one place, and submissions feed reporting directly. A new form now ships in about an hour — at a rhythm of roughly two per month.

Automated nurturing that walks users to the end of a multi-step onboarding

THE SITUATION
Onboarding ran across several steps — subscription, compliance checks, payment. People stalled at a step and stayed there, and every stalled person had to be chased by hand. That doesn't scale, and the chasing crowded out the work that actually moves the business.
WHAT I BUILT
A lifecycle status on the record, plus a workflow with a switch on that status that routes each person into the sequence matching their exact stage. One workflow, one sequence, one message per stage — an independent structure, so adding a stage means adding a branch, not rebuilding the system.
THE OUTCOME
Follow-up runs on its own. The team only touches exceptions — the signed-but-not-paid phone calls, roughly thirty minutes a week. The nurturing logic extends to a new stage without touching what already works.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF• You're building your Attio from scratch
• You run several tools that don't talk to each other
• You're launching a product or a segment that has to live in the CRM
• You're adding a tool that has to be wired into the existing model
THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF• Your architecture is already built and you only need minor tweaks
